Full Course Cost: 4,000 + 1,000* Euros or $6,500 CAN

  • 1000 € is due within 30 days after admission to secure the place in the Program.

  • Another 1000 € is due at the beginning of the first semester.

  • Another 1000 € is due at the beginning of the second semester.

  • The final payment of 1000 € is due upon completion of the Program and before any transcripts or diplomas will be issued.

*The enrollment at the UPEI require an additional payment of 1000€ in order to provide the students with all the necessary insurances. More information can be found

Grant of Ambassador Guido Bellatti Cecceoli 

The Master in Global Affairs together with the Research Centre for International Relations (Centro di Ricerca per le Relazioni Internazionali) are delighted to inform of the exceptional Grant Ambassador Guido Bellatti Ceccoliin memory of the late Ambassador Guido Bellatti Ceccoli, Permanent Representative of San Marino to the Council of Europe and Faculty of the MGA.

The CRRI and the Master in Global Affairs will finance the tuition fees for a student, from the Republic of San Marino or alternatively Italy, interested in Global Affairs issues. The student will be expected to personally pay for the additional expenses of travel, visa, living, and accommodation throughout the year.

The Grant winner will be selected by a special Commission of San Marino CRRI members. 

The selected student will have also the possibility to arrange an internship to the Permanent Representation of San Marino to the Council of Europe in accordance with the availability of the Mission.
